The engineers and the specially trained staff are experienced in fabrication of carbon steel, steel alloys & stainless steel. The production process is certified according to ISO 9001
Welding is carried out by certified welders, using the appropriate methods (FCAW/GMAW/GTAW/SAW/SMAW) under the supervision of experienced, certified Welding Engineers according to IWS. The quality assurance department has experienced personnel and is equipped with modern, certified equipment for every type of non-destructive testing (NDT): Visual (VT), Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic particle inspection (MPI), Liquid penetrant, radiographic.
Moreover, depending on each project’s requirements, further machining techniques are carried out.
Finally, according to customer’s specifications the fabricated parts are shot-blasted (according to the European Standards), painted, plating, rubber lining, galvanization or any other surface treatment according to customer’s requests.
