EMEK represents the continuance of the General Partnership that established in 1978 by Mr. Hantzistamatis, G.Patitis and G.Athanasoulas with seat the Peristeri Attikis.

In 1979 the Company brought its firm at Aspropirgos in bigger plant. The main orientation was to construct and install metallic and mechanical installations as well as to specialize our staff in inauguration and maintenance of heavy industry machinery.

In 1990 the Company takes shape as an S.A. titled BIOTEX S.A. It constructs the new privately owned factory 4500m2 with a total area coverage of 16000m2.

In 1994 there is an amalgamation of the two Companies.

In 1996 under company’s reformation and willing to expand its business in works of Civil Engineering, a new Technical Company is established with the trade name EMEK ATE with the participation of a 3 new members: Mr.Poulis Konstandinos, Mr.Spetsiotakis Themistoklis and Hantzistamatis Spiridon.

The group EMEK keeping on the route has expanded its plant in roofed and opened places. Now, it has a factory and an office building of 9500 m2 in total in building ground of 30000m2, engaging in permanent base 140 fully skilled personnel.
